📦 1. Easy & Fair Returns

You may request a return within 4 days of receiving your order. All products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and seals intact

To ensure efficient processing, every return request must include:

 ✅ High-quality photos of the product (front, back, and any labels)
🎥 A short video (10–30 seconds) showing the product’s condition and unboxing

📸 2. Why Do We Require Photos & Video?

Visual evidence helps us:

  • Verify the item’s condition
  • Approve returns faster
  • Reduce disputes and errors
  • Provide better service to you

Your video should show:
👉 The product still sealed (where applicable)
👉 Any visible issues (damage, defects, mismatched items, etc.)
👉 The packaging as received

Your photos should clearly show:

  1. Product label and Delivery Details
  2. All sides of the product
  3. Any defects or issues you’re reporting

3. How to Submit Your Return Request

Follow these steps:

  1. Email Support
    Send your request to info@orgoveda.com or contact whatsapp number – +91 70660 77088. with:
    • Your Order Number
    • Reason for return
    • Required Photos
    • Required Video
  2. Receive Authorization
    We will review your submission within 1–3 business days and send return instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship
    • Place the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Attach the prepaid return label (if provided).

4. Refunds & Credits

Approved returns will be refunded as follows:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method:
    Once your return is processed, expect your credit within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Store Credit:
    Prefer Orgoveda credit? Choose store credit at the time of your return approval and enjoy it with exclusive perks.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Orgoveda error.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

We’re committed to quality. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, the customer must record a video and take photos at the time of receiving and opening the package.

Please contact us within 4 days of delivery with the following:

  • 📸 Clear photos taken at the time of receipt
  • 🎥 A continuous unboxing video recorded from the beginning
  • 🧾 Your order number
  • 📝 A brief description of the issue

These photos and videos are mandatory to verify the claim. Once verified, we’ll take care of the rest—including return shipping and replacement, where applicable.

🚫 6. Return Exceptions

Requests may be refused if:
❌ Photos or video are missing or unclear
❌ Product appears used or altered
❌ Original packaging is missing
